Description:
The city of Ditzingen intends to build a new daycare center for 5 groups on the approximately 2,580 m2 property "An der Lehmgrube" on the outskirts of Ditzingen. An architectural competition was held for this purpose. Negotiations with the prize winners are currently being carried out. The plan is to...n compact, angular and 2-story building for two creche groups (U3) with a total of 20 children and three kindergarten groups (Ue3) with a total of 65 children. A new building using timber construction or timber hybrid construction is planned. The special feature of the task is the integration of the new buildingin the urban development context with the adjacent small-scale residential development and the refugee facility as well as delimitation by the green noise protection wall.
The outskirts location offers views of extensive agricultural areas.
The reference costs of the cost groups 300 400 netto for the new building is estimated at around €4.3 million; the actual costs will be determined during planning.
The city of Ditzingen is seeking funding for municipalities. In this regard, the requirements of the "Sustainable Building Plus Quality Seal" (QNG-PLUS) should be taken into account in further planningbe taken into account. Support with the possible certification measures is desired.
