Description:
The city of Asperg intends to build a new 4-field sports hall to replace the existing circular sports hall. The existing circular sports hall is getting old and the effort required to renovate it is high, so the decision was made to build a new one.
Due to the large demand for hall capacityThe hall should be planned as a four-field hall. The aim is to cover the need for additional hall parts with the new building if the existing circular sports hall is no longer available. In advance, there was a multi-stage concept for the new building, which included both the location and the hallCapacity and equipment have been determined.
In addition to the sizes of the fields in the 4-field hall specified by DIN, a small kitchen area with catering facilities for spectators should also be provided. There is also a grandstand for 250 fixed seats and 150 standing placesze.
The supporting structure of the hall should be built as an economical and durable construction - preferably in timber construction / timber hybrid construction. The current technical developments in timber construction must be taken into account.
The property intended for the sports hall is located south of anadjacent to an area currently used for agricultural purposes on the southern outskirts of Asperg, adjacent to the Friedrich-List-Gymnasium with the existing circular sports hall.
