- The VMS controls access to video cameras at the airport in accordance with the authorizations assigned. The users have the option of selecting different cameras and controlling with the software if necessary.
Currently around 1,200 cameras (mainly from the manufacturer Axis) are used for the following purpose is used:
1. optical temporary monitoring (OVUe)
2. Perception of air -security -relevant tasks
3. Operating monitoring
4. Use by the federal police and other partners (e.g. DFS)
The new video management (VMS) should integrate the existing camera hardware and the Submit interfaces to third -party systems with video data today.
The aim of the tender is the conclusion of a contract for the delivery of a video management system according to the current state of the art as an on Premise Client Server solution and the conclusion of one of it subsequent software maintenance contract and a support contract.
The users have the option of selecting different cameras and if necessary with the software too steer.
