The city of Borna intends the new construction of a vocational school for nursing staff (BFS) and a company kindergarten (BKG) at the location at Wyhra 1, Borna, divided into three in three Partial measures.
The partial measure 1 is the establishment of a vocational school for nursing staff for approx. 172 students in presence, but a total total number of students of approx. 435 students in the dual school system. The school building is planned as a 3-storey building, which with its western and northern External walls should take up the course of the adjacent road. This creates a kind of T-shape from a north and a south wing. The external dimensions LXB are approx. 44.0 x 29.5 m overall and a height of 11.75 m. It is a two -hip new building with a flat roof and without basement. The Gross space content is around 10,000m³, the net area approx. 2,319 m2.
The partial measure 2 is the reorganization of a kindergarten With a total of 110 daycare places (45 creche and 65 kindergarten places). This new building is a two -storey, staggered building planned, also without basement. The two -hip building has dimensions of approx. 50.5 x 22.0 m and a height of 7.90 m. The upper floor is planned as a kind of relay floor and steps into the garden by approx. 2.5 m above the two spending parts. The gross space content is rd. 7....
