Description:
Inner renovation is to be realized for the vocational school "service and business" of the Hanse and university town of Rostock, consisting of two school buildings with a total of 57 classrooms, laboratories and specialist cabinets. The building (house I) is a school type GbR 85 and The building (House II) A School Type WBS 70 of the VEB Housing Combine Rostock. Both buildings were built in the 80s.
For house I, the BGF is approx. 4,950 m2 and 3,770 m2 for house II.
The measure refers to the modernization and design of the building stone, since the external shell has already been renewed.
Essential construction measures are:
- Complete renewal of all wall and ceiling cladding, floor coverings, internal and fire protection doors as well as the locking system
- Installation of acoustic ceilings in the classroom and preparation rooms, administrative rooms and corridors
- Complete renewal of the toilet facilities including screed, tiles and sanitary partitions
- Building massive shafts across all floors for ventilation lines
- Renewal of the complete building technology (heating, ventilation, electrical, ela, sibe)
- New roof implementations for wastewater and ventilation lines, Assembly of ventilation devices on the roof
It includes all furniture and technical devices as well as the specific equipment for the individual departments.
