SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). --------------- The new building is a two-storey building without basement. On the ground floor there are classrooms, therapy rooms, a full -day area with an office, bay and warehouse as well as a partly as a learning landscape trained hallway. There are also classrooms on the upper floor and the hallway trained as a learning landscape. Both floors receive the necessary sanitary and toilet areas as well as cleaning rooms and technology rooms and are connected via a wheelchair-friendly elevator. The building is over Water supply, the power supply and the heat supply from the basement of the school's main building. ---------------- here: electrical -------------------------------- 0100, DIN 18382 and 18384. 442 Own current supply systems / safety lighting, according to EN 50171, EN 50172, DIN VDE V 0108-100 and ASR, rescue sign lights and security lights are intended and two new 24V central battery on the ground floor and 1st floor with central monitoring. The associated cable network is created according to today's regulations. The additional battery capacity is held at 3 hours. The rescue sign lamps are carried out in permanent circuit, the security lights in the protective circuit. All lights of the system are in LED technology executed. A PV system on the roof of the building is provided with a PV system with approx. 54 kWP. The PV inverter is located in the technical room on the 1st floor.
