Description:
Staffle of object planning services in accordance with §34 HOAI. Partial renovation in construction phases in the company. The focus is: Werkaum eG, central entrance hall with a staircase, all toilet facilities. Essential parts of the TGA are renewed. New construction of strong current systems including the main and Sub-distributors as well as proportionate cable and line paths, renewal lighting. Merging vertical routes electric and HLS in a central location, dismantling no longer used installations, renewal of cold water installation. The local heating connection is led into the heating room. All measures are accompanied by fire protection. It is intended to convert a wet fire line into a dry line. The specialist planning HLS, electrical and fire protection have already been consulted, inventory examinations and concepts have to be taken into account. The start of planning: autumn 2025. Construction start: 2nd quarter 2026.
