Description:
The construction of a new training rescue station is planned in the courtyard area of the fire station at Voltairestrasse 2 in Berlin Mitte. The 3-story new building includes a vehicle hall, storage areas, training center, offices and a canteen. The existing hose tower is being completely renovated, integrated into the new building and forms a functional unit together with the new building to be built. A passenger elevator system with 5 stops and a nominal load of 630 kg will be installed in the existing hose tower building. A freight elevator system with 3 stops will be installed in the new building and a nominal load of 1600 kg. Industrial floor with floor coating in the vehicle hall on the ground floor and in storage rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor 595 m2 dismantling and disposal Cement screed with heating cables, thickness 50 mm 628 m2 AgBB-tested, deformation-free hardening heated screed CT-C40-F6-SW1 (SW1=low-shrinkage), low-shrinkage and low-stress made of ternary solid binder (quick cement), nominal thickness 178 mm, 628 m2 floor coating as ECC coating with sealing, dry layer thickness 4 mm, R12 V4, on previously described heated screed 210 m2 floor coating as ECC coating with sealing, Dry layer thickness 4 mm, R12 V4, on on-site cement screed, 285 m line for parking space marking on ECC coating, line width 100 mm,
