Description:
The city of Flensburg intends to build a new building for the Tarup volunteer fire brigade. The services of the service phases 3-9 Building planning according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 1 §§ 33-37 are awarded via this award procedure (Award 168/2025). The new construction of the volunteer fire brigade comprises a 1 -storey coache with space For 5 vehicles that connect directly to a 2 -storey part of the building in which the camps, changing rooms and social areas are housed. The New building is to be carried out as solid construction. The new building is planned on an urban property that has not yet been built on. The building is a solid building that has a tool resource building as a model. The city of Flensburg has developed a building here together with the management of the volunteer fire brigade, What will be used as standard in the case of other new tool buildings by voluntary fire departments in the area of Flensburg. A building of the same type and equipment is currently being realized at another location in Flensburg. To the building, the completed LPH 2 / LPH 3 / LPH 4 are proportionate / LPH 5 / LPH 6 proportionately and should be the basis for the advertised services.
