SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). -------------------------- Schulbau I SBH plans to realize new excavation flats on the school landing of the school center Rissen, Voshagen 15, 22559 Hamburg. The structural implementation takes place in several construction phases --------------- Here: gala building ---------------- The services in the expansion area Landscape construction work school grounds school center Rissen, Vosshagen 15, 22559 Hamburg essentially include:-approx. 600 m2 dismantling sports covering EPDM including asphalt layer,-approx. 870 m2 dismantling plaster and plate pads,-approx. 400 tons Dismantling construction route, - approx. 185 m2 upper floor delivery and installation, - approx. 1,300 m2 plastic sports floor including elastic support and frost protection layer, - approx. 770 m2 lawn/sowing, - approx. 700 m2 paving surfaces including superstructure - concrete edges, - 3 mini port systems with ball traps, - - 2 streetball fields with sports equipment- approx. 15 Parcour and Calisthenics elements,- concrete blocks with seating wood pads,- drainage seepage and drainage devices,- tree protection and felling measures / interventions in the crown and root room with accompaniment of one Tree experts
