Description:
RV for the conception and implementation of qualification series for voice and speech training for telephone service consultants or managers of the Service Center
The subject object is the conclusion of a framework contract (RV) at the start of the contract for the surcharge (first spring 2025) until December 31, 2028 for the conception and the implementation of the qualification series listed below for voting and speech training for telephone service consultants (TSB) or managers Service center (SC).
In the calendar year 2025:
A) 20 x base seminars (exclusively in the qualification and training Service Center (QTSC) location Mettmann and at the QTSC location Halle), 1-day,
B) 25 x structure seminars (on-site measures in the form of individual coaching), 2-day,
C) 3 x executive seminars (in the QTSC Mettmann + QTSC Halle), 2-day
Ability to prevent and recognize health problems among employees.
In 2026, 2027 and 2028, the acceptance of the seminars is optional. The contractor's right to carry out/accept the optional measures does not exist.
