Description:
The Palatinate Clinic of Psychiatry and Neurology Adoer (hereinafter the client) operates a clinic for forensic psychiatry in Klingenmuenster. This also includes the enforcement of youth measures, which is currently housed in buildings 49 and 50. Due to legal changes and changed Framework conditions should be expanded and modernized. There is an additional requirement of approx. 1,200 m2. Overall, a usable area of 2,167 m2 has been released by the Ministry of Science and Health. The construction work consists of the demolition of buildings 48 and 49, A new building of the building 49n and the renovation of the building 50. The total cost of the measure is estimated at around EUR 20.3 million (net).
