• Description:
• The service to be provided includes the offer of food and beverages as part of breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to communal catering by the Bundeswehr itself (so-called "troop kitchen") for everyone at the location Persons. Breakfast must be offered Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. as a “to-go offer” and with a breakfast menu for consumption on site. At least the following should be offered: in addition to the basic range, various sandwiches, sweets and salty pastries, warm dishes, vegetarian dishes, egg dishes, muesli, yoghurt, vegan dairy products, hot and cold drinks. Lunch must be Monday to Thursday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. with two different main courses (supplemented by snack dishes), of which one vegetarian or vegan dish is offered. Two different main courses must be offered for lunch, one of which is vegetarian or vegan. Snacks are also allowed be offered. Dinner must be provided Monday to Thursday between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The kitchen must be open until 9 p.m. Two different starters, main courses and desserts are available, supplemented by: Snack foods and including vegan and vegetarian options. The menu must change periodically. In addition, the contractor provides catering services at conferences on the property and - upon request - in the case of other events business and private events.
