As part of the renovation and conversion of the listed buildings Karlstrasse 20-22 in Munich, which are to be used as residential buildings in the future, is theFoundation of a new passenger elevator required. The subject of the procurement is the professional execution of nozzle rays (DSV) to underfire the inventory foundations in the course of the start -up. The DSV pillars serve both the foundation and as a construction pit development. TheThe measure takes place under cramped inner -city conditions on a property of approx. 765 m2, of which approx. 630 m2 are built over. The scope of services includes the production of the DSV undercutting with a necessary strength of at least 3.5 N/mm2, the construction pit development with DSV columns underConsideration of the existing support structure as well as the construction site equipment and the necessary logistics measures, including the construction of an access ramp. In addition, quality assurance measures are provided, including the creation of sample columns and pressure attempts, as well as theOrdered handling of materials, in particular the return suspension.
