Short construction description:
The Building complex from 1874 is part of the monument area (Ensemble) Badstrasse 27-5, Center Gesundbrunnen. The building ensemble is in the Coach distinguished the construction project in two construction phases.
Construction phase 1 forms the lower cellar front house with a small 1-storey cultivation in the courtyard and the side wings with a high basement along the left, along the left property boundary.
