Storage technology
The new building is intended to ensure the appropriate climatic and conservational storage of the important art and cultural assets from various interim depots of the properties enable the KST centrally.
The specified spatial program mainly includes storage areas (depot and archive), plus administration rooms, Seminar room, restoration workshops, and technical rooms. The total usable area is around 10,185 m2 NUF 1-7.
The planning area is located in the south of the city of Halle (Saale) on Leo-Herwegen-Strasse. The legally binding development plan no. 112 is available for the area. The area of the building plot is around 20,675 m2.
For this construction measure there are cost caps for the KG 300: around EUR 21.7 million gross and KG 400: around EUR 9 million. EUR gross.
It is planned to award the specialist planning services for warehouse technology Lph 1-9 as well as additional consulting and support services for depot planning.
