Wartburg Eisenach - Refurbishment Palas and New Stairwell Dach - Facades - Technical Systems - Senior Specialized Planning for Preservation Restauration
As part of the overall project, the Wartburg Foundation intends the awarding of the following necessary restoration planning services to the space version and the equipment of the ballroom. The settlement takes place based on the HOAI §35 for interiors. The eligible costs (KG 300, 600) for the restoration measures include a total of EUR 520,000.00 net.
Leading specialist planning for conservation restoration, performance phases 1 - 8 (Detailed service description see Appendix A00 tendering document)
The individual services are assigned to the performance phases of the object planning buildings and interiors (§34 HOAI 2021).
