Description:
Due to the flood disaster on July 14/15, 2021, the sewage treatment plants in Altenahr and May Schoss were completely destroyed. A reconstruction in the same place is not indicated for the reasons for future requirements for flood security. The association council of Altenahr therefore has a recommendation By the work committee, the waste water from the catchment area of the former sewage treatment plant Altenahr (11,000 EW) of the Duempelfeld sewage treatment plant and the wastewater from the catchment area of the former sewage treatment plant Mayschoss (4,000 EW) of the sewage treatment plant in Sinzig of the lower Ahr waste water association.
