Description:
The subject of the procurement measure is the procurement of a total of around 10,500 electronic water meters over the next four years, along with the associated software and hardware as well as support for them.
The installation of the meters is not the subject of the tender.
The counters are expected to be the same drawn in large tranches over the term of the contract. Since the regular replacement of the meters should take place in the winter months (January to April), timely delivery is required (also for the year 2026).
Specifically, the following meters are required:
-10,000 pieces of ultrasonic water meters Q3 = 4 m³/h including compliance fee, length 190 mm, DN 20, including sieve and seals
-250 pieces of riser pipe ultrasonic water meters Q3 = 4 m³/h, including compliance fee, length 105 mm, DN 20, including sieve and seals
-200 pieces of ultrasonic water meters Q3 = 10 m³/h included Conformity fee, length 260 mm, DN 32, including sieve and seals
-30 pieces of ultrasonic water meter Q3 = 16 m³/h including compliance fee, length 300 mm, DN 40, including sieve and seals
There is also PC software and an Android app for reading and processing, support and subordinate additional components (see document 03_Specifications).
The order volume is approximately 2,600 pieces net per year with the maximum contract term of 4 years.
