Description: With the amendment of the DÜV and Landesdünde Regulation 2020, the renewed expulsion of a P-backdrop was dispensed with. Instead, the country focuses on the introduction of nationwide measures according to § 13 a para. 5 DÜV, as the P supply of the agricultural floors and also the P-load of surface waters is too high in long parts of the country. In connection with the implementation of the EC Water Framework Directive, in Schleswig-Holstein, farmers in phosphate (P)-loaded areas an additional advice, analogous to the previously existing water protection consultancy in the area of the vulnerable groundwater bodies (so-called nitrate scenery) and the P-Water protection consultation be offered in the former P backdrop.
