• WBI - Construction of a residential complex consisting of 4 apartment buildings in the Ober-Ingelheim district - "Am Westerberg II": Building property planning services The planned construction project is located in the Ober-Ingelheim district, located on the streets "Hinter der Ohrenbrücke" and "Im Rheinweg". The planning area lies within the scope of the development plan "Ohrenbrücke II". The basis of the planning is: - The development plan "Ohrenbrücke II", drawn up by the city of Ingelheim am Rhein, - The WBI construction and Equipment description, - The WBI project specifications, - Green infrastructure planning standard. In implementing the plan, economical buildings should be achieved by making use of the property and creating attractive living conditions. The buildings should fit into the townscape and the architecture of the new building should lead to an upgrading of the district. An underground car park will have to be planned in order to provide proof of parking space. QNG certification is sought for the entire system.
