WD RIM Cologne - Is Aachen The aim of this tender is the conclusion of a contract to provide the winter service for the properties supervised by the RIM Cologne: The contractual relationship comes with a surcharge and ends without a termination on April 30, 2028. ThePerformance provision begins on October 1st, 2025. A termination option for both parties is agreed on April 30, 2027 with a period of 8 months. The performance includes in particular:- Cleaning up for the removal of snow and ice slid on all walk-in and navigable areas (especially sidewalks,Streets, parking space, garage access and ramps, inputs, external stairs, access to hydrants, collective sites) - evacuation of the wheelchair ramps (if available) - Ensuring the drainage of condensation by keeping the drainage system and the gully - securing of the building environment in front of roof avalanchesand downcoming icicles - provision of stray/ scatter goods - Exposing allowed scattered goods in accordance with the applicable local statutes (e.g. sand, ash or split) - Complete removal/ professional disposal of the scatter (at least 2x per winter season) - Control trips for checkingthe use of the uses - touring and operational planning as well as evidence - final cleaning at the end of April (including sequence systems, gullies). The contractually agreed winter services are to be carried out in such a way that the obligation to ensure traffic safety is met and that the areas have no danger forThe health and life of the user emanates. The AN must be both in terms of personnel and technically to provide the performance in line with the order.
