• Description:
• Electrical engineering: - Dismantling of the existing electrical system, including level probes, - Dismantling of all cables and lines on the weir, - Civil engineering work for laying cables, - Construction of a new switchgear for controlling the weir with reuse of the existing stainless steel control cabinets on the weir, - renewal of the transfer terminal boxes on the drives, - delivery and installation of new level probes, - construction and installation of a new weir control system with integration of the weir flap for the Dove-Elbe and the cross gates as well as the barrier gates, - construction of a lightning protection and potential equalization system including surge protection, - delivery, re-laying and assembly of all cables for the weir control and supply (supply, fiber optic, control and bus lines or cables). Automation: - Programming of a new weir control system for manual and automatic operation, integrating all existing and new system parts, including delivery, installation and commissioning. - Delivery, Installation and commissioning of an operating system in hardware and software (control panel on the weir) based on manual and automatic operation, - setting up a communication connection between the Dömitz weir and the control center (LZ) Parchim via a DSL-VPN connection (no dedicated line), - integration of all existing or remaining system components into the new weir control system, - renew and complete the lightning protection, potential equalization and surge protection system. Mechanical engineering:- Dismantling and disposal of the old electric lifting cylinders (EHZ) including the control units in the control cabinet, - delivery and assembly of new electric lifting cylinders (EHZ), - delivery and assembly of new control units for each electric lifting cylinder, - connection the EHZ to the new control units, - connecting and integrating the new control units to the new weir control, including configuration of the control units.
