Description:
The Stuttgart Regional Council (RPS) is the owner and operator of the Wendlingen barrage, which consists of a fixed weir system and a fish ladder (FAA). HOS Energie GmbH operates at the Wendlingen barrageDue to its location away from the main flow running through the power plant (findability) and insufficient dimensioning (passability), the existing FAA does not correspond to the current state of the art and is significantly restricted in its function. In order to verband to restore the upstream and downstream continuity according to the requirements of the EC Water Framework Directive and the Federal Water Act and the State Water Act, the RP Stuttgart intends to build and operate a fish laddereg system. It is to be planned that the HOS will renew the fish protection of their wind turbines and in this context will carry out part of the fish upstream and downstream systems.
