- The scope of work of the earth and structural work includes: - Setting up and providing the construction site - Set up 220 m construction fence - Make 480 m2 of construction road - Make construction and construction water connection - Seluing groundwater for the construction pit of the basement with a dimension of approx. 34 m x 12 m- Partial demolition of an existing building in solid construction with an area of approx. 55 m2 - the preparation of the existing 2,125 m2 area surfaces with the dismantling of various play equipment, bicycle stands and lighting masts, clearing of tree roots, absorption and disposal of pavement, top floor removal- Making a work plane for a vibrating device with an area of approx. 36 m x 30 m - earthworks with approx. 2,400 m³ removal delivery and installation or manufacture of: - 200 m line work for drinking water, dirty water and local heating with pipe trenches - 730 m2 compression solid insulationThe floor slabs - 2,100 m³ of reinforced concrete in different version, dimension and requirement - 2 staircase systems made of precast reinforced concrete parts - approx. 80 m2 masonry work with approx. 60 m2 plastering - approx. 950 m2 sealing work on the floor plates - approx. 670 m2 sealing work withKMB coating in the ground -touched area of the outer walls - approx. 1,000 m2 insulation work in the perimeter area (outer walls and foundations) - approx. 780 m of earthing system with round wire and tape steel - approx. 1,060 m electrole tube in concrete walls and ceilings All dimensions are approx.
