- A technical concept must be drawn up in accordance with the Construction Guidelines for Explosive Ordnance Clearance (BFR KMR) (Phase B) in order to ensure the absence of explosive ordnance for the stability measures on the Wieblingen side canal. . The measure lies in the following Areas in suspected explosive ordnance areas: - Neckar km 18,700 to 19,070 (left bank); approx. 3,700 m² - Neckar km 20,080-20,225 (left bank); approx. 3,200 m² - Neckar km 20,400 to 20,680 (left bank); approx. 11,000 m² - Neckar km 21,080 to 21,100 (left bank; approx. 300 m² - Neckar km 21,300 to 21,400 (left bank); approx. 2,000 m² - Neckar km 18,480 to 18,950 (right bank); approx. 2,800 m² . The areas listed with a total area of approx. 23,000 m² are referred to below as intervention areas, which are: Parts are heavily overgrown. All of the aforementioned intervention areas should be considered in an overall concept. The basis for the processing is the historical-genetic reconstruction, which was created in February 2010. The area of the side canal Wieblingen was partially reassessed in 2021. . The following services must be provided as part of the order: - Preparation of a risk assessment of the exposure to explosive ordnance in accordance with DGUV 201-027 based on the historical-genetic reconstruction (2010) and the reassessment (2021) - Establishment of a concept to ensure freedom from explosive weapons, including an evacuation concept, based on the planning documents for the dam renovation on the Wieblingen side canal and the historical-genetic reconstruction. - Creation of a work and safety plan (A+S plan) in accordance with DGUV 201-027 - Coordination of the developed concept with the responsible authority (explosive ordnance disposal service in the RP Stuttgart) as well as with the AG and subsequent revision - Creation of cost estimates, list of services, and construction description in accordance with VV-WSV 2102, Part 1, in conjunction with VOB/A, A...
