• Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH (WiCM) is a company under the umbrella of TriWiCon and is responsible for the operation of the RheinMain CongressCenter event venue. The subject of the tender is the delivery, assembly and dismantling of a Christmas light display on Luisenplatz, Wiesbaden in the years 2026 to 2028, optionally in 2029. The light display on Luisenplatz is to be implemented based on the light displays from 2022 - 2025. The lighting production of the Luisenplatz should at least take into account the following aspects: • Staging of the facade of the Bonifatiuskirche (as long as the church is scaffolded due to the construction site, additional lighting objects worth the church lighting will be set up. Please specify the value of the church lighting.) • Staging of the trees - around Luisenplatz (40 pcs.) • Staging of the trees of the gnome forest (approx. 200 pcs.) • Interior lighting of the gnome houses • Staging of hedges (2 fields with 112 linear meters of hedge each) • Staging of the Round beds • Lighting obelisk and rider • Installation of 3D light sculptures The programming is done by the contractor. Incl. Necessary accessories such as cabling materials, cable bridges for all positions from power transfer points. The Lighting should be visible 24 hours a day.
