As part of the Gera Stadtbahn program, Level II, the further expansion of the Wiesestrasse is planned. and to create traffic requirements for largely trouble -free and attractive public transport. Sections of route and 8 construction phases divided, whereby construction phases 1 to 3 have already been implemented.
