Refurbishment of main buildings and specialist class construction Wilhelms-Gymnasium, Albstr. 80, 70597 Stuttgart-Degerloch.
The Wilhelms-Gymnasium in Stuttgart-Degerloch is located in a school premises together with the Fritz-Leonhardt Realschule and the elementary school Albschule as well as sports halls and a teaching swimming pool. TheBuildings of the Wilhelms-Gymnasium were built in 1962 and consist of a main building (construction A, class building) a specialist class building (construction B), a gymnasium (construction C) and a newly built cafeteria (Bau D). A new specialist class construction (construction E) and an interim building (construction I) are currently being created.The main building (construction A, class building) and the specialist class construction (construction B), which is rededicated to further class construction, must be renovated. In addition, a caretaker's apartment (Bau B1) is grown at Bau B.B for class construction with expansion around the caretaker's apartment. The main building (construction A) can then be renovated in two sections.
An essential part of the building renovations is the energetic renovation of the buildings.
