Planning services for the respective service phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI for the comprehensive renovation and redesign of the traffic and open spaces in the following areas of the old town of the city of Wilster: - Functional improvement of the market square / Am Markt, - Renewal of the Kohlmarkt, - Renewal of a section Op de Goeten, - Functional improvement of Burger Strasse, - Renewal of Marquardstrasse, - Redesign of the Op de Goeten / Rathausstrasse section. Review of public transport areas and places with regard to: - Strengthening pedestrian and cycling traffic through barrier-free routing / Financial support environmentally friendly means of transport - abolition of the separation principle in the access roads to the market square - establishment of shared space zones - development of alternative traffic routes - strengthening of the connection between the market square and the WEZ - traffic calming - improvement of parking space management - Design improvement of the street space - Creation of quality of stay - Measures for climate adaptation Subject of the service - Basic services of the service profiles traffic facilities (§ 47 HOAI) and open spaces (§ 39 HOAI) for service phases 1-2 - Special services: Coordination of the overall project; relevant actors; existing Building structure, components, materials, installations or the trees or vegetation to be protected or preserved
