The planned construction project is the replacement of a four -day primary school with a sports hall and all -day care. The predominantly single -storey building adapts to the natural course of the terrain and extends over three floor levels. Overall, the building length is Around 190 meters, with a total floor area of around 6000 square meters.

The building is predominantly built in wooden massif construction with CLT ceilings (cross-laminated timber). A post - bar - facade with load -bearing Wood profiles and a construction in metal.
