House 218 and 219 is part of the former gas plant on the area And part of a building ensemble, which consists of two similar indoor masonry buildings and a flat center building. It was built around 1890 in massive brick construction and is recorded in the monument list of the city of Leipzig.
Building 218 is a wall building made of masonry, which with one The binder construction is spanned.
