- According to § 2 of the street cleaning statute of the city of Remscheid (StrRS), the TBR have to carry out the winter service in accordance with § 4 StrRS. Likewise, the TBR have at stops for public transport according to Section 4 (4) sentence 2 of the STRRs And school buses by clearing the snow wall between the stop area (sidewalk) and the road caused by the urban winter service and the road safety of the entrances and exits to the buses.
In this context, 13 winter service routes are on sidewalks and And 16 winter service plans at bus stops, (according to the appendix) for awarding to external entrepreneurs.

In the order interval from November 1st, 2025 to 30.04.2026, the order is awarded to sidewalks, farming and stopping continuously from Monday to Sunday also on public holidays and including the holidays.
