This tender concerns the deep, track and road construction work for the renovation of the two-track light railway line of Stadtbahn line 1 on Brackweder Strasse between Cansteinstrasse and Milloeckerstrasse as well as for the production of the "Windelsbleicher Strasse" elevated railway rod, including theFull expansion of Brackweder Strasse between Leo-Fall-Strasse and Leharstrasse in Bielefeld-Brackwede.

The approx. 550 m long line, located in the Bielefeld Brackwede district, comprises the section of the Stadtbahn line 1 between the Brackweder Strasse/Cansteinstrasse confluence and the Brackweder Strasse/Milloeckerstrasse confluence.In the north, some residential buildings and a craft company border on Brackweder Strasse and in the south an Evangelical cemetery borders on the construction site.
