The currently vacant existing building of the former cafeteria in the Hanseatic city of Greifswald is to be extensively renovated and into a modern,digital innovation center are converted. The planned conversion measures create a flexible room concept that is tailored to the needs of a contemporary work environment. Co-working areas, meeting units, a conference center, residence options are plannedas well as areas for exchange and presentations that can also be used by external users. By supplementing gastropoles, the building remains a cultural and social meeting place. In view of the central location near the university and the city center, the project has potential,To revive the shooting wall and to mix the mixing of inner -city life and digital worlds.
