The medbo operates a centralized networked homogeneous cross-site wireless LAN infrastructure.
The central management ensures the monitoring, configuration and alarming in the event of a fault.
The buildings on our campus Anlocations are illuminated in addition to the in-house transmitter by additional outdoor WLAN transmitters in order to provide a comprehensive roaming WLAN infrastructure.
This wireless LAN infrastructure forms the basis for the services: seamless patient care on the basis
paperless patient file, voiceover IP (VoIP) for telephony and also for our location and alarm system EKAHAU from Airista. Seamless and uninterrupted roaming is essential for this and especially in the case of alarms and localization
in the WLAN area.
