Description:
The Wolnzach market is planning urban development on the outskirts of the town. Part of the area currently used for agricultural purposes is to be converted into residential use. For this purpose, the area subject to tender is currently being surveyed using land-use planningans. The basic goal now is to plan and carry out the necessary development measures. There is currently an urban planning concept for this, which was the result of the urban planning competition. The urban development concept and the actual development planning form the planerical basis for the development plan, which still needs to be worked on in detail. As part of the development agency, the following trades in particular must be provided with regard to planning and structural implementation: - Traffic facilities including issuing the boundary values agreed with the project managerof parcels for parcelling (ASCII, DWG, DXF in UTM) to the AG, determination and issuance of the individual property areas - engineering structures, wastewater / rainwater - engineering structures, water supply - outdoor areas for public green spaces - division coordination, division laying- Subsoil investigations in sufficient numbers and density - Archaeological investigations - Explosive ordnance investigations - Implementation of compensatory measures in the planning area - Existing survey - Building survey - All contracts and agreements with the owners - Financing...
