Description:
On behalf of the social authority, Sprinkenhof GmbH is building a specialized institution with 2,825 m2 BGF for children with special pedagogical and psychiatric care needs. There is a crescent -shaped 2.5 storey building complex in mixed construction made of reinforced concrete, masonryand suggested wooden wall facade. This includes rooms for three living groups, teaching, office, social and therapy rooms. The movement space and the technical area are located in the sub -basement.
The 4,746 m2 plot of land is designed in such a way thatthe natural charm of the area is preserved. A central courtyard serves as a meeting place.
