- The construction project is a new building i.S.v. Art. 2 Para. 3 Baybo. The relevant amount of the highest floor, in which lounge is possible, is approx. 4.00 m above the middle edge of the terrain. According to Art. 2 Para. 3 No. 3 BayBO, the building is therefore in building class 3 classify. According to Art. 2 Para. 4 No. 12 Baybo, it is also a special building.
The new building consists of a compact two -storey building. The building is not under cellar. The roof formation is carried out as a flat roof with a rising approx. 0.55 m high Attica (raw construction) and external lying Drainage. The shell takes place in solid construction. The main structure is designed as a reinforced concrete structure. A small cultivation / scale building is created with walls made of limestone stone masonry. The building envelope is produced as a insulated, ventilated wood -based curtain facade.
