Renovation and expansion of the listed building of the Agricultural Pension Bank in Frankfurt a.M. here: wooden window and metal building facade
The Agrarische Rentenbank [LR] is a development bank at the federal level with its headquarters at Hochstrasse 2 in Frankfurt am Main. The building beis located at a traffic junction in downtown Frankfurt between the Eschenheimer Tor and the ramparts. The bank building was completed in 1956 and, with its appearance and urban layout, is considered important and groundbreaking for the architecture of the futurewartime. The building complex is registered as a cultural monument and is under monument protection. In the already vacated building, the existing interior fittings have already been completely dismantled. The Rentenbank itself has moved into an interim building for the duration of the construction work. The buildingis divided into two main components: - Component 1: a crossbar with up to three underground and seven above-ground full floors plus a staggered floor with a flying roof - Component 2: a longitudinal building with two underground and five above-ground floors parallel to the highroute. Both components are accessible via a connecting building in which the main staircase is located. To the west of the crossbar, on level U1, there is a farm yard with parking spaces for serving the building. The building is a special building in accordance with the Hessian Building Code (HBO)....
