The St. Georg Clinic intends to convert a ward (house 6) at the Eutritzsch location into the "St. Georg" Health Academy as a medical professional and educational center. The building was Completed in 1913. It is part of an area monument and has five standard floors. The building was last completely renovated in the 1970s and expanded with a two-story extension. For the intended change of use, the building must be fundamentally renovated and within the to convert the existing static system for the intended purpose. The construction site is located at the rear of the clinic.
