The subject of the present tender is the provision and continuous operation ofIT workstation solutions based on a managed service model. The scope of services to be provided includes both virtual and physical workplace systems, the concrete design and selection of which lies with the responsibility of the contractor.The operation of the required print server is also part of the tender, whereby the provision of print hardware and consumables is explicitly excluded. Furthermore, the tender
