- The general performance goal of the client is the procurement of job monitors in two versions (24 ″ and 27 ″). All software for the production of the full operating readiness of the devices are the subject of performance. In addition, the contractor providesServices such as delivery to the locations of the client as well as service and support for the devices. The services are to be provided for a period of two years, with a two -time extension option of one further year. The services are based on aFramework agreement provided. From this success calls to the contractor, through whom a separate individual contract comes into being. This service description applies accordingly to the framework agreement and the resulting individual contracts.
