- Lot 1 property planning Lot 2: Specialist planning of technical equipment Regionalverkehr Erzgebirge GmbH (RVE) is faced with the strategic task of adapting its operational infrastructure to the requirements of modern, low-emission and alternative drive technologies to adapt. The planned increased procurement of vehicles with environmentally friendly and, in particular, fully electric drives will create a growing need for suitable maintenance and service options that meet special safety, diagnostics and and maintenance requirements of high-voltage systems, battery components and other innovative vehicle technology. The existing workshop capacities at the Annaberg-Buchholz location currently do not meet these requirements, so the new building A modernly equipped workshop facility is required to ensure the future operational safety, efficiency and availability of the fleet. For this purpose, the RVE acquired an adjacent property to the existing depot; An existing positive preliminary building permit confirms the fundamental feasibility of the project under planning law.
