- In Walluf - Niederwalluf, between the Kressboden commercial area and the Northwest/Im Sand settlement area, there is an area of around 4.66 hectares, which has so far mainly been used for agriculture.
A settlement project is to be developed for the planning area above the Rosenhof, which isch deals with the possibilities of sustainable settlement development within various fields of action. The following premises, among others, should be taken into account:
- Concentration on multi-storey housing and integration of a 4-6 group daycare center,
- Energy-efficient building supply, kConsequent use of the solar potential
- A modern water management concept and a
- future-proof mobility and parking concept.
The competition is intended to create the conditions for sustainable settlement development.
The intention has existed for a long time, ito develop a competitive area. As early as June 29th and July 14th, 2022, the Committee for Building, Planning and Environment and the municipal council were presented with a first preliminary draft for a possible development in the "Rosenhof" development plan area.
Since the result was not completely convincing, youThe municipal council decided to hold an urban planning competition and thus to obtain alternative designs for designs that are suitable for Walluf.
