- The Wuppertal location is being further expanded. As part of the construction project, the staggered floor (currently 3rd floor) will be dismantled. The remaining building structure will be expanded to include two new floors (3rd-4th floors) in timber system construction, partly also in in-situ concrete construction. The construction work to be tendered includes: Screed, sealing, natural stone & tile work.

- Screed work in the stairwells and partial areas of the toilet areas
- Sealing work in some areas of the toilets
- Natural stone work in the stairwells
- Tiling work in toilet areas (partial walls and floor areas)
- Other work in coordination with construction supervision
- All services necessary for the professional execution of screed, sealing, natural stone and tile work.
Execution deadlines:
Start: 9th calendar week 2026
Completion ready for acceptance: 28th calendar week 2026
