The domestic wastewater is collected in the building and led via free -mirror lines with natural gradients up to above the backstream level and then connected to the further basic management. An AB-water lifting system isrequired for the sanitary areas, soil inlets and basic management connections in the basement of the new building.
Sound-optimized polypropylene is planned as a pipeline material. All wastewater pipes within the front and installation walls receive body sound insulation. TheVentilation lines are to be protected 2m against condensation by means of a diffusion density insulation.Rainwater pipes are isolated against condensation formation.
The rainwater from the new building is recorded via roof inlays and led into the basement via an internal negative pressure drainage system. A rainwater cistern serves to collect and store rainwater, whichis used for garden irrigation and toilet flushing, which not only spares the surrounding world, but also achieves water and cost savings. An overflow in the cistern ensures that excess rainwater is added to the rainwater canal and the long road.
