- Advisory and operational support in navigating the German distance learning regulatory landscape, particularly with regard to compliance with the Fernunterricht Protection Act (FernUSG) and approval processes administered by the Zentralstelle fuer Fernunterricht (ZFU). The engagement will focus on assessing existing trainings in our catalogue, identifying which fall under ZFU jurisdiction, and supporting their preparation, submission, and certification. The selected provider will also establish workflows and advisory services for ongoing compliance and future training submissions.
