Description:
The aim of the negotiation procedure with a competition competition according to § 17 VGV is the allocation of project control services for the Rheinmain University of Applied Sciences. The performance profile takes place based on § 2 Issue No. 9 of the AHO series series with all project levels and areas of action, with partially gradualAppointment.
ZVSL infrastructure (strengthening the future and teaching) - Building D
As part of the program line ZVSL ("Future contract study and teaching"), areas should be optimized in order to permanently increase in the quality of studies and teaching at the universityImprove.
The building D was built in 1989/1990. In 2016, a small part of the building was increased (drawing hall) and in 2021 some seminar and project rooms were converted. In addition to seminar and lecture areas, the building also includes offices as well as laboratories and different sizes.The building D has a usage area (Nuf 1-6) of 5,016 m2 and a total net area (NRF) of approx. 7,485 m2. The southeastern, rear part of the existing building (axes 15-16, L-R) is to be canceled and replaced by a new building. For this reason, this part of the building is notPart of the measure. Building D is used exclusively by the architecture and civil engineering department. All usable areas are used for teaching or by students and teachers. No changes in use are planned, so that the existing
